Meet your Gardening Guides
Kim Dumas, Founder & Certified Garden Consultant
A passion for nature and growing may be hereditary for Kim. In the 1930's her cousin Charles Rudolph Boysen (Rudy) was approached by Walter Knott and his son Russell, inquiring about and searching for an amazing berry they'd heard about.
As told to Kim by Russell, they found this huge berry Rudolph created by crossing a blackberry, raspberry, and loganberry to produce a new species. Rudolph dug up all six plants and gave them to the Knott's to develop on their berry farm. Well, as they say, "the rest is history." In honor of Rudolph Boysen the new berry was named the Boysenberry. Today every boysenberry in the world is a descendant from those six bushes.
You can't help but feel Kim's passion for growing and creating as she shares gardening with you.

Living in a large metropolitan area Dave's gardening started with a handful of corn seeds 🌽 , and about 5 feet of space along the north side of his house. He was 12. Amazingly the seeds sprouted and grew.
Through college Dave tended a community garden and canned much of the harvest for the family. The joy of growing had set in and he's been gardening ever since. He is moving from a career of fabricating computer chips to growing future potato chips. Sharing that passion with family and friends…and now you.
Dave and Kim believe there's a bit of the garden, gardening and the gardener in each one of us to be explored and revealed! Let's grow together!

The Consult & Design
After the initial consultation Grow Pro Gardens will generate a custom kitchen garden design. A custom garden suited to YOUR particular space and lifestyle.
The Installation
Your turnkey install will have you loving on your garden from day 1. We'll clear and level the space. Add borders & paths, raised beds, trellises & water. The beds are then filled with our custom soil blend and planted.
The Joy
Enjoy weekly harvests through the growing year and access to coaching, planting, and seasonal refresh services. Welcome the garden into your healthy lifestyle. Invite family and friends to your exquisite garden space and feel life's stresses disappear!
